Cereals: 88% (Bajra, Ragi, Jowar, Maize, Samai, Thinai, Boiled Rice, Red Rice, Wheat, Barley). Pulses : 7% (Fried Gram, Soya Bean, Green Gram) Nuts: 2.5% (Groundnut, Cashew and Badam) 1.5% Sago and 1% Cardamom.
DIRECTIONS TO USE: Take 3 table spoons of Mambalam Iyers Health Mix. Add 300ml milk or water and mix well. Boil this mixture stirring frequently for 3 to 4 minutes to make porridge. Add sugar to taste and serve. (In case of water, add Buttermilk and Salt)
