Coriander seeds, Red Chillies, Toor Dhal, Salt, Turmeric, Cumin and Pepper.
DIRECTIONS TO USE: Cook 200g of Toor Dhal in 4 cups of water. Add Tomatoes, Ginger, Asafoetida and Tamarind paste with Mambalam Iyers Rasam Powder. Add Salt to taste. Season it with Mustard seeds. Garnish the Rasam with Coriander leaves. Serve hot.
