Coriander seeds, Red Chillies, Bengal Gram Dhal, Toor Dhal, Fenugreek, Pepper, Cumin, Salt, Turmeric and Asafoetida.
DIRECTIONS TO USE: Cook 200g of Toor dhal in 4 cups of water. Add favourite vegetables, fried Onions, Green Chillies, Tomato, Asafoetida and pour the prepared 50g of Tamarind extract. Add the Mambalam Iyers Sambar Powder as required. Add salt to taste. Season it with Mustard seed, Curry leaves and the Sambar Powder in oil and mix well. Garnish the Sambar with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
