Any request for cancellation to be made within 3 hours from the time of order confirmation.
Once the order is cancelled, we will initiate the refund within the next 24 hours.
Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.
If MAMBALAM IYERS is unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress, or any other liability, etc caused due to non-delivery.
We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money.
If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, the refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase, please allow 12 to 18 working days for the credit to appear in your account, it is the bank's policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over this.
Delivery of certain items may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances. In such cases, similar product, nearest to description shall be delivered. Conformation would be taken from the customer for the same through email.
If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
Delivery / Shipping is based on the Invoice value. You will be able to confirm for order value greater than Rs. 1,000/- only. For Invoice value more than Rs. 1,250 and less than Rs. 5,000, the delivery charges is 8% of the order value. For Invoice value greater than Rs. 5,001, the delivery charges is 7% of the order value.
The estimated delivery time may differ depending on when and how you buy the product in Mambalam Iyers. Delivery for the metropolitan cities will be 3 business days. The delivery for other regional areas will be 5 - 7 business days. A business day does not include Saturdays and Sundays.
We process all deliveries through reputed logistics partners.
There are no taxes except Octroi Charges.
